Job Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at Frampton Construction, you will leverage your extensive background in manufacturing and industrial construction. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, including up to one (1) year in preconstruction roles, and at least five (5) years in direct supervisory positions. Preference will be given to those with experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, and cold storage projects.

Essential Skills
  1. Expertise in FCC Process for Consistency
    • Facilitates training and educational programs to enhance company initiatives.
    • Establishes and oversees jobsite controls and FCC standards, including Procore, scheduling, safety, and quality assurance.
    • Implements FCC project consistencies and evaluates existing procedures for improvement.
  2. Understanding of Contractual Terms
    • Negotiates project-related issues such as change orders and contingency budgets.
    • Ensures adherence to subcontract and prime contract terms to guarantee successful project outcomes regarding schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
    • Collaborates with the project team to develop a comprehensive project pre-plan, ensuring it is monitored and adjusted as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Leadership in Decision Making
    • Guides and contributes to critical decisions during the buyout phase, including pricing, scope, and subcontractor selection.
    • Accountable for the final project status report and overall performance metrics.
