Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively conveying technical information to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary on-site leader for project execution teams, ensuring adherence to established project schedules.
  2. Assess contractual obligations and manage the implications of client directives and schedule modifications.
  3. Oversee financial aspects, including cost management, billing, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  4. Review and interpret contract terms, maintaining compliance with all stipulations.
  5. Analyze financial reporting and project timelines to proactively identify and address potential challenges.
  6. Develop risk management strategies and recovery plans as necessary, resolving disputes efficiently.
  7. Negotiate and prepare subcontract agreements, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  8. Ensure project documentation meets contractual and client standards.
  9. Monitor construction activities for compliance with specifications and local regulations.
  10. Manage procurement processes, including selection and delivery schedules for project materials.
  11. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, attending project meetings as needed.
