About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet patients' unique needs
  • Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in Florida
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
