Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout their hospital stay.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their health and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Florida RN licensure.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced acute care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift, turn, push, or ambulate patients or equipment up to 90% of assigned shift.
  • Availability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan.
