This role at Christian Care Ministry involves being the primary point of contact for members experiencing acute, catastrophic, or costly healthcare events. As a RN Care Manager, you will assist members and their providers in navigating Medi-Share provisions and provider networks to achieve improved clinical outcomes and member satisfaction.

The Job
- We are seeking a Registered Nurse with 3+ years of obstetric experience, including antepartum, labor, and delivery, and postpartum care.
- Responsibilities include performing within the licensed scope of nursing practice under the direction of the Sr. Director, Clinical Services, identifying members meeting criteria for Care Management Services, educating members and providers regarding Medi-Share provisions and processes, and more.
- This role requires excellent communication, researching, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, as well as advanced planning and organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits
$64,000 - $87,000 per year, with an annual bonus target of 5% of eligible earnings, 100% paid Medical insurance, generous employer Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions, and more.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current unrestricted multi-state compact license or willingness to pursue one within a year of hire.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or health-related field required.
- 3+ years of obstetric experience, lactation experience and/or certification preferred, and 2+ years of case management and/or utilization management and discharge planning experience preferred.
