Nursing Care Coordinator

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse at Health First, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to professional nursing standards. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care and provide education to patients and families as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN highly preferred
- Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement
- AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card and ACLS certification
- Certification(s) as required by specific unit

Mental and Physical Demands:
You must have the ability to work in a stressful environment, respond appropriately to life-threatening situations, and possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop up to 90% of your assigned shift, and lift up to 40 pounds unassisted up to 33% of your assigned shift.
