Position Overview

Pond & Company is on the lookout for Civil Engineers to enhance our expanding Professional Design Services division.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience, which can include internships. The successful applicant will receive guidance from our talented team of engineering experts while contributing to a variety of multidisciplinary projects. A PE license or successful completion of the PE exam is mandatory for this role.

Team Insights

Our Professional Design team is involved in projects across various regions, serving a diverse clientele that includes sectors such as transportation, oil and gas, renewable energy, government (local, state, and federal), Department of Defense, private development, and water resources management. The selected candidate will play a vital role in our team and will have the chance to collaborate across different markets and locations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology
  • At least 5 years of experience (including internships)
  • PE License obtained or PE Exam passed and awaiting licensure
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCad Civil 3D
  • Strong teamwork skills, a positive demeanor, the ability to multitask, and a self-driven approach to delivering high-quality work.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation at Pond is determined by various factors, including the scope and level of the position, geographic location, and the candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience. The starting salary for this position is anticipated to be within the range of $74,000 to $186,000.

Additional financial incentives may be included as part of the overall compensation package, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits based on the position offered.
