Position Overview

Pond & Company is on the lookout for Civil Engineers to enhance our esteemed Professional Design Services division.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience, which may include internships. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our skilled team of engineering experts while contributing to a variety of multidisciplinary projects. A PE license or successful completion of the PE exam is mandatory for this role.

Team Insights

Our Professional Design team is involved in diverse projects across various sectors, both nationally and internationally. Our clientele encompasses transportation, oil and gas, renewable energy, government entities (local, state, and federal), the Department of Defense, private sector developments, and water resource management. As a vital member of our expanding team, you will have the chance to engage in various markets and geographical areas.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience (including internships)
  • PE License obtained or PE Exam passed and awaiting licensure
  • Proficient in essential software such as AutoCad Civil 3D
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, capable of multitasking, and self-driven to deliver high-quality results.
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation at Pond is determined by various factors, including the scope and level of the position, geographic location, and the candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position is competitive.
