Position Overview

The primary responsibility of our Cabin Crew Members is to guarantee the safety and well-being of our guests during their journey. This role requires individuals who are both physically and mentally prepared to execute safety protocols and assist passengers in emergencies. Our Cabin Crew Members thrive in a dynamic environment, adept at managing urgent situations and engaging with diverse personalities in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-flight briefings regarding weather conditions, flight paths, emergency protocols, and service offerings.
  • Warmly welcome guests, guiding them to their designated seats and addressing any inquiries related to the flight.
  • Assist passengers with the proper stowage of carry-on items in overhead compartments or under seats.
  • Demonstrate the use of safety equipment and emergency procedures prior to take-off.
  • Conduct regular checks throughout the cabin to ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any guest concerns effectively.
  • Guide and assist passengers during emergency procedures, including evacuations if necessary.
  • Deliver food and beverage services in accordance with established protocols.
  • Handle transactions for onboard products, including meals and beverages.
  • Provide first aid assistance when required.
  • Document any safety incidents or emergencies that occur during the flight.
  • Prepare the cabin and guests for landing, adhering to all procedures.
  • Complete annual re-certification training as mandated.
  • Maintain the ability to obtain and retain necessary security badges.
  • Stay informed and proficient in emergency procedures as per regulatory requirements.
  • Be available to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Engage professionally with colleagues and guests to foster a positive travel experience.
  • Recognize and address potential issues proactively.
  • Adapt to diverse climates and work shifts globally.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting passengers and managing emergency situations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance, free from visible body art or extreme styles while in uniform.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Fluency in advanced French is required.
  • Successfully complete an intensive training program.
  • Willingness to relocate as necessary.
  • Pass a tuberculosis test and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Possess a valid passport and the ability to secure necessary travel visas.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in customer service within the hospitality or airline sectors.
  • Higher education or degree.
