Job Overview: This role is pivotal in overseeing a significant portion of the airline's flight attendant workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance operational and employee engagement metrics for the flight attendant team.
  • Directly oversee performance evaluations, professional development, and disciplinary matters for assigned flight attendants.
  • Conduct briefings and manage gate operations, ensuring effective communication of company policies, procedures, and operational goals.
  • Engage with flight attendants during flights to monitor performance and address any operational issues.
  • Address consumer feedback, investigate delays, and follow up on matters concerning flight attendants within your purview.
  • Maintain records of sick leave, medical certifications, and disciplinary actions.
  • Act as a representative for the company in disciplinary hearings or grievance resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Proven ability to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a focus on positive team management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience interfacing with various management levels and regulatory bodies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in supervisory or management roles within in-flight services.
