Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business, or education, or a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilitating training and/or education delivery, or public speaking.
  • Excellent delivery and platform skills, with experience facilitating training in a virtual capacity and classroom-based settings.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories, practices, and approaches, as well as instructional design methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify workplace needs and design training solutions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience handling complex calendar and class schedules, registrations, and communications.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC-based computer systems (MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of management and excellent customer service and support skills.
