We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Host to join our team at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach. As a Front Office Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Registration: Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience.
- Communication: Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests, providing them with a personalized experience.
- Problem-Solving: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Payment Processing: Process forms of payment and handle guest transactions.

- Competitive Pay: $26.50 per hour
