Field Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer - CIPP to join our team at Azuria Water Solutions. As a key member of our infrastructure repair team, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, government regulations, and environmental considerations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead site surveys, manage contract execution, and oversee project lifecycle from start-up to closeout.
- Coordinate and manage infrastructure repair projects using specialized cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) methods.
- Select and collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and project profitability.
- Prepare estimates, manage budgets, and track project costs using Primavera P6 software.
- Handle permitting, material procurement, and contract administration, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Attend key meetings with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and maintaining strong communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 2+ years of hands-on construction management experience, or 5+ years of experience managing construction projects with an annual portfolio of $1MM+ strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license is required with a clean motor vehicle report.
- Willingness to travel as needed, potentially up to 50% of the time (mostly day trips covering the Northeast).
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time.
- A strong grasp of basic Accounting and Finance principles is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in water/sewer systems or municipal projects is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. Experience with Primavera Unifier and JD Edwards software is a plus.
