About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Floorcovering Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and resolve any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers, refer potential wholesale leads to the sales team, and process orders and sales transactions accurately and consistently.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discuss available options with customers, and suggest ways to improve sales.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain precise work order files, check installers' orders for accuracy, and comply with inventory control procedures.
  • Store Operations: Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist in making deliveries as needed.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position is a plus.
