Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Parts Advisor to join our team at Classic Toyota of Hampton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and timely parts ordering, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately order and track parts, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and technologies
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a parts or sales role; automotive industry experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
