Position Overview

As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in our fundraising team, working closely with our experienced professionals to plan, coordinate, and execute various fundraising initiatives throughout the local area. You will receive hands-on training to learn the intricacies of event management and nonprofit fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance our fundraising efforts.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at events by supporting the promotional marketing staff.
  • Drive client acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty through active participation in sales activities at events.
  • Participate in rigorous leadership training, with the potential to manage your own events and projects for new clients.
  • Provide consultation on client compliance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the marketing team.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is advantageous, but not mandatory.
