About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist with marketing and game operations for our seasonal, entry-level position. As a Marketing & Game Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development of all marketing initiatives, including social media, email, grassroots, and in-stadium channels, as well as corporate partnership activations and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and oversight of day-of-game promotions staff.
  • Manage the execution of all game day promotions and set-up of necessary promotional areas.
  • Coordinate with production staff to ensure all personnel have scripts, statistics, and other information necessary for each game.
  • Coordinate with Account Executive, Corporate Partnerships to assist game day sponsors in the placement of banners, booths, or other materials.
  • Under direction from supervisors, manage coordination of pre-game on-field ceremonies and activities, including scheduling of National Anthem performers.
  • Assist with game day community relations functions.
Requirements:
  • Earned or in-progress Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Sports Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Knowledge of the game of baseball preferred.
  • Knowledge of best practices for email marketing and social media.
  • Knowledge of best practices for corporate sponsorship activation preferred.

A competitive hourly rate of $17.00 and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
