Compensation: $35.00-$70.00 Per Hour

Blue Line Security Solutions is seeking qualified off-duty or retired police officers to enhance our security operations. Your extensive background in law enforcement will play a crucial role in safeguarding our facilities, personnel, and assets, instilling confidence in our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible presence to deter unlawful activities and enforce security protocols.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Respond swiftly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, applying your law enforcement expertise.
  • Investigate any security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious behaviors.
  • Ensure safety and order during events or high-risk situations.
  • Work collaboratively with law enforcement and other partners to facilitate effective communication.
  • Perform thorough inspections of the premises to uphold security standards.
  • Provide assistance to visitors, employees, and clients while maintaining professionalism.
  • Document incidents and actions taken in comprehensive reports.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Must be an active or retired police officer with certification from a recognized law enforcement body.
  • Significant experience in law enforcement or related fields, with a solid grasp of security practices.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with various stakeholders.
  • Physical fitness to perform duties that involve standing, walking, running, and occasionally lifting.
  • Clean criminal history and exemplary conduct.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Completion of essential training, including firearms and CPR/First Aid.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed by the organization.
