About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at TransLoop. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing strong business relationships with customer and facility contacts to ensure the smooth operation of our select accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop rapport with customer contacts on a coordinator level to ensure they feel their business is supported.
  • Shipments Management: Build, schedule, and track shipments for select accounts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalate delays in transit and any other issues that could impact service to sales representatives and/or customer contacts.
  • Load Board Management: Instill general organization and order regarding load board management from tender to invoicing.
  • Collaboration: Work in sync with Account Growth Manager to ensure operational efficiency and customer service.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant supply chain, sales, or customer service experience, with logistics experience preferred but not required.
  • Account Management: Proven track record of managing accounts, building shipments, tracking shipments, and being a high performer.
  • High Volume Accounts: Experience in managing high volume and multifaceted accounts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong writing, organizational, and speaking skills.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Bonus Points
  • Industry Experience: Experience operating in 3PL, Transportation, or Tech.
