Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Assistant to join our team at Pinpoint Precision. As a key member of our leadership squad and engineering heroes, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, database management, scheduling, and coordination.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
- Manage databases and ensure accurate data entry
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Support project management and coordination
- Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Provide communication support and customer service
- Ensure quality assurance and control
- Associates degree in Business Administration (Bachelors or MBA a plus)
- 2-5 years of experience in operations or administrative support
- Proficient in program and software applications (CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Experience with bookkeeping and accounting (reconciliation, overhead expense tracking, federal/state tax accounting, budgets, B2B invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, etc.)
- Excellent written, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
