Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join our team at Meineke. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, training junior technicians, and ensuring repairs are completed timely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including chassis, A/C, engines, transmissions, exhaust, electrical, and other potential issues.
  • Train and develop junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform repairs.
  • Schedule and manage bay operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • ASE certification and extensive experience in automotive repair.
  • Ability to diagnose complex vehicle issues and develop effective repair plans.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to develop junior technicians.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and have dependable transportation.
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repetitively throughout the day.
