About the Role:

Tree Brand Packaging is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to cover Georgia, South Carolina, and parts of Alabama. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, especially within the wood packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Tree Brand Packaging's presence in the Southeast.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics sectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the pallet, crate, or broader wood packaging industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with Excel or CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
