Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
Tree Brand Packaging is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to cover Georgia, South Carolina, and parts of Alabama. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, especially within the wood packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Tree Brand Packaging's presence in the Southeast.
- Cultivate new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the pallet, crate, or broader wood packaging industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with Excel or CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
