Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth and support organic expansion. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to engage target customers and establish initial contact with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate lead, contact, opportunity, and sales activity records in our CRM system.
  • Achieve sales metrics and growth goals for the business by meeting daily and weekly activity-based targets (Dials, Conversions, Qualified Opportunities).
Requirements
  • Prior business development or sales experience, including sales internships or professional sales training.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and take initiative to identify business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort communicating with senior-level management.
Benefits
