Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the highest standard of hospitality service expected by our guests.
  • Assist restaurant servers by bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables after guests' meals.
  • Ensure all side work is completed throughout the shift, including polishing silverware and glassware, preparing roll-ups, maintaining water vases, and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Support the host/hostess in welcoming and seating guests.
  • Facilitate room service deliveries.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Maintain awareness of in-house VIP guests.
  • Uphold a safe and clean working environment.
Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Thorough knowledge of all menu items and beverage offerings.
  • Strong organizational skills, including follow-up, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Study Hotels maintains a drug-free workplace; pre-employment drug testing and background checks are mandatory.
