Job Overview

The selected candidate will report directly to the Senior People Relations Manager and work closely with a diverse global HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert advice on resolving employee relations challenges, performance management, and conducting workplace investigations.
  • Oversee performance improvement initiatives and guide managers through the process.
  • Assist the Senior People Relations Manager in effectively managing employee relations issues.
  • Independently execute short and long-term projects to support the HR department.
  • Stay informed on federal and state employment regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Provide HR services and contribute to special projects, including policy enhancements and organizational restructures.
  • Support the People Operations Team with onboarding, data management, and HR metrics analysis.
  • Collaborate with both domestic and international colleagues, honoring cultural diversity.
  • Address inquiries, coordinate HR events, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain internal HR portals and assist with various HR projects as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile information as required.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at promoting employee wellbeing and engagement to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of generalist experience with a focus on Employee Relations, compliance, and policy.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, STD, and ADA.
  • Experience in performance management and coaching practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to manage confidential information and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Additional Information:
  • This hybrid role requires travel to designated locations twice a week.
  • Standard work week consists of 35 hours.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
