Role Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Quality Manager to oversee our quality management initiatives. This role requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management:
- Develop and implement quality standards, management systems, and policies.
- Lead the Quality Management System to achieve continuous improvement, including the creation of supporting standards and procedures.
- Report on the performance of the Quality Management System and identify areas for enhancement.
- Promote compliance with customer quality requirements and regulatory standards across the organization.
- Drive local quality objectives and participate in global quality initiatives.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through regular reviews.
- Manage quality-related audits and coordinate with all departments.
- Conduct training sessions on quality assurance and foster a culture of quality within the organization.
- Oversee the non-conformance and corrective action processes.
- Support engineering and production departments in quality-related matters.
Environmental Health & Safety:
Manage the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program, perform internal audits, and represent the company during external audits. Collaborate with HR and management to enhance the EHS culture and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of quality engineering experience in medical devices or related industries.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations is required; RSO certification is preferred.
- Experience in project management is advantageous.
- Strong auditing skills related to quality management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of EHS regulations is essential.
