Enterprise IT Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Professional to join our team at ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl. As an Enterprise IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users of computer applications and hardware, answering questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, system status, and downtime procedures.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Analyze, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for technical issues, maintaining a troubleshooting log to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering, and application development teams to restore service and identify problems, providing user training for applications, and performing remote desktop triage and system repair.
- Record Keeping and Tracking: Maintain records and track databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Business Insights and Improvement: Use business insights to improve products and services, meeting performance criteria and contributing to a team with diverse skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Technical help desk experience and technical certifications such as IAT Level II, ITIL v4, etc.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, experience with Windows, Office, web browsers, and more, knowledge of Windows Active Directory, experience with VoIP & networking issues, and experience with virus scanning services and computing peripherals.
