THE OPPORTUNITY

Chipotle is growing rapidly, with new restaurants opening every two days. We need excellent leaders to grow with us. As a Field Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations, understanding the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers, and running a great operation.
