About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Field Technician to join our team at Hopscotch Primary Care. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics' information technology systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing on-site and remote technical support for our clinics, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with vendors to address internet, phone, and other technical service needs.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and tracking IT service requests, maintaining and updating inventory and asset documentation, and performing work as requested by the IT Manager and other related IT departments.

As a successful candidate, you will possess strong technical fluency, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. You will also be able to create comprehensive plans to assure effective management, operations, and maintenance of systems and/or networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for clinics
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with vendors to address technical service needs
  • Manage and track IT service requests
  • Maintain and update inventory and asset documentation
  • Perform work as requested by the IT Manager and other related IT departments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of IT Help Desk experience
  • Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting administrative systems and networks
  • Preferred: Experience with Azure AD, SharePoint, and Office 365 administration
