- Work closely with our Quality and Service Managers to ensure that our high standards are met in all areas of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance.
- Manage cash handling, menu knowledge, staffing, and scheduling, as well as other key aspects of restaurant operations.
- Participate in our comprehensive training program, learning every aspect of the restaurant and developing your skills and knowledge.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in entry-level management or supervision in a high-volume restaurant.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
