Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Brigantine Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Monitor and control labor, food, and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Train and develop team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Manage employee schedules, payroll, and financial information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of systems, methods, and practices that contribute to exceptional guest experiences.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to guest service.
