About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team at MFA Co. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership in the implementation of high-quality nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement comprehensive plans of care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Current D.C. licensure as a registered nurse or evidence of application for licensure in D.C. and current out-of-state licensure
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma/associate degree in nursing
  • At least two years of relevant clinical experience, with nursing experience in cosmetic and plastic surgery preferred
