We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Colorectal Surgery Clinic team at Swedish First Hill. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to identify needs and potential problems, and develop individualized care plans to address these concerns.
- Deliver patient care based on pathophysiology and nursing principles, and perform technical skills with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers, and advocate for patients' needs and preferences.
- Document complete and accurate information on all appropriate chart forms, and report to oncoming shifts in a concise and relevant manner.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration (within 90 days of hire).
- 1 year Surgery Nursing experience.
