About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Colorectal Surgery Clinic team at Swedish First Hill. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze patient data to identify needs and potential problems, and develop individualized care plans to address these concerns.
  • Deliver patient care based on pathophysiology and nursing principles, and perform technical skills with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers, and advocate for patients' needs and preferences.
  • Document complete and accurate information on all appropriate chart forms, and report to oncoming shifts in a concise and relevant manner.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 1 year of surgery nursing experience.
