Clinical Nurse Specialist

We appreciate your interest in joining our organization. We are actively looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to become part of our team on a PRN basis. The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday through Friday and collaborate closely with our healthcare professionals and physicians to provide outstanding patient care.

Primary Duties:
  • Exhibit proficiency in gastrointestinal procedures
  • Organize the setup of instruments and equipment
  • Revise preference cards as necessary
  • Assess and address patients' medical requirements in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Deliver empathetic care and support to patients
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and dignity
  • Verify procedure plans with patients and execute care accordingly
  • Prepare procedure rooms and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Administer medications as directed by physicians
  • Monitor patient conditions and document accurately during procedures
  • Adhere to physician directives and institutional policies rigorously
  • Maintain a sterile environment and oversee adherence to aseptic techniques
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current state RN license
  • Certification in basic cardiac life support and ACLS
  • At least one year of experience as a registered nurse
