Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing ABA services, supervision, and parent training to children with Autism, IDD, and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using standardized tools such as VB MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS.
- Design and update behavioral programs to meet the unique needs of each learner.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians, ensuring they implement and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans.
- Monitor fidelity of implementation of behavioral goals and provide clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
- Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Access to reliable electronic devices (Wi-Fi, headphones, laptop, phone).
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
- Ability to be an effective agent of a treatment team.
