Customer Care Representative
Location: Remote

Overview:

The Customer Care Representative is accountable to the Customer Care Manager. This role is designed to equip you with the essential skills required to effectively assist our clients and community. Your responsibilities will include confirming appointments, ensuring follow-ups for quality service, and facilitating customer success with billing inquiries and their online account management. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with billing modifications during transitions or acquisitions, ensuring accuracy in account details, service plans, pricing, installation fees, and necessary equipment.
  • Efficiently resolve billing discrepancies through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Guide clients through our billing process, including auto-pay options, paperless billing, and the customer portal, while processing initial payments.
  • Contact clients with outstanding balances to facilitate payment collection and maintain accurate account records.
  • Handle collections in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Complete installation tickets throughout the day to ensure billing and inventory accuracy.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, addressing inquiries, and modifying their billing or service preferences.
  • Utilize Excel, SONAR, and project management tools consistently.
  • Review construction plans in SONAR for new account setups.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, leadership, and other departments to share insights and provide effective resolutions to client issues.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of internet and/or wireless technologies.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with clear communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and systems, while embodying our company values and competencies necessary for success.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
  • Willingness to perform additional tasks that contribute to our organizational vision and mission.
