Position Summary

PART-TIME HOURS: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM

As a member of our therapy team, you will implement personalized treatment strategies designed to achieve meaningful outcomes for our clients. We seek individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized therapeutic support to clients in various settings.
  • Execute treatment objectives under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide constructive feedback on client progress to supervisors.
  • Assist in teaching essential skills such as communication, self-care, and social interaction.
  • Monitor and document client progress and treatment data.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Work autonomously while ensuring consistent communication with management and colleagues.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least six months of relevant experience in a healthcare or instructional setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to various client locations.
