Once you establish a routine, this position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy over the customer accounts you manage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and partner with them to implement best practices for pest management
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ecolab's product and service offerings, as well as industry trends, to improve service delivery and sales of pest prevention solutions
- Utilize handheld technology to oversee service operations and document structural, sanitation, and pest-related issues
Position Details:
- This is a field-based role that may involve travel within the surrounding areas
- Work schedule includes a mix of daytime and overnight shifts
During the training phase, you will be required to attend a session at Ecolab's Corporate Headquarters for one week. Travel arrangements and certain expenses will be covered by Ecolab.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of relevant work or military experience
- Valid Driver's License required
- Ability to work overnight shifts as necessary
- Willingness to be on call during off-hours and weekends
- Ability to obtain necessary pest certification and/or business licensing as required by local regulations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Background checks and drug screenings will be conducted for all candidates receiving a job offer
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to wear and utilize a respirator
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
- Work in various conditions, including confined spaces and extreme temperatures
- Essential duties include lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and driving a company vehicle as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to promote value-added products to existing clients
- Prior experience in pest control or route management is advantageous
