Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Business Transformation

Position Overview:
The role outlined below is essential for driving strategic objectives in Cybersecurity through effective leadership and management of a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this position includes:
  • Leading and managing Cybersecurity initiatives with a strong emphasis on risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Overseeing project financials, resource allocation, and overall portfolio health.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of transformational projects.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support program requirements.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and advocating for solutions that enhance value and reduce risk.
  • Providing comprehensive reporting on program performance to executive leadership.
Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree coupled with eight years of relevant experience in business management or technology.
  • Proven expertise in project management, change management, and strategic development.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret business challenges and implement best practices.
  • Experience in team leadership, including talent acquisition and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:
  • Experience in managing technology organizations and financial oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and waterfall.
  • Strong knowledge of business finance, planning, and forecasting.
  • Relevant advanced degrees or certifications, such as an MBA or PMP.
