About the Role

MorganFranklin Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to drive business growth and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business transformation strategies to drive growth and improvement
  • Lead current state assessments of business challenges and build improvement roadmaps
  • Facilitate client working sessions, including executive and board level meetings, large group presentations, and requirements gathering exercises
  • Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements
  • Participate in business development efforts, including market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, and oral presentations
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization, and/or highly relevant industry experience in Finance, Operations, or Accounting
  • Demonstrated track record helping companies undergo major transformations
  • Functional experience with standing up and managing major PMO organizations, finance transformation, business transformation, and process optimization
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Experience providing mentorship and leadership to more junior team members
  • Track record of managing projects and/or workstreams to successful completion
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration (may substitute for business-related undergraduate degree)
  • Progressive responsibility in managing client relationships and achievement against business development goals
