Job Summary

Designblendz, a dynamic architecture and 3D visualization firm in Philadelphia, seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to manage financial records, provide administrative support, and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and handling payroll processing.

As an Administrative Assistant, the successful candidate will greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, manage the firm's calendar, and maintain a tidy and organized front desk area. They will also provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing correspondence, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Qualifications include proven experience as a bookkeeper, front desk receptionist, and/or executive assistant, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and strong knowledge of MS Office. A degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
