  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Investigate safety incidents, analyzing root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on safety regulations, providing guidance and support to site management and employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or Industrial Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in environmental, safety, and sustainability management, with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, and employees.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
