Account Management Representative

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Manager. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a fully remote role and help clients protect what matters most.
**Compensation and Benefits**
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a base salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn commissions based on your sales performance.
**Responsibilities and Expectations**
- You will be responsible for generating new business by selling Allstate's suite of insurance products.
- Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- You will need to generate and close leads through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- You will provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
- You will educate clients on available insurance products to meet their needs.
- You will meet and exceed sales targets.
- You will ensure compliance with all insurance standards and guidelines.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Life and Health (L&H) insurance license required.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with technology and online sales platforms.
