**Compensation and Benefits**

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a base salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn commissions based on your sales performance.


**Responsibilities and Expectations**

  • You will be responsible for generating new business by selling Allstate's suite of insurance products.
  • Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • You will need to generate and close leads through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
  • You will educate clients on available insurance products to meet their needs.
  • You will meet and exceed sales targets.
  • You will ensure compliance with all insurance standards and guidelines.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Life and Health (L&H) insurance license required.
  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and online sales platforms.
