Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain or improve project margins by cost reductions or scope involvement.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules for complete orders.
  • Coordinate activities of the marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and services groups as it pertains to the project.
  • Submit monthly project status reports to TIC management and to the customer.
  • Manage communications by being the point of contact for communications regarding the project.
  • Write and distribute meeting minutes and other project-related communication.
  • Work with purchasing and engineering on procurement activities.
  • Balance competing demands among scope, cost, time, and quality.
  • Solve problems related to the project - commercial and technical.
  • Provide project leadership and direction.
  • Efficiently resolve conflict within the organization and externally.
  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  • Proven record of significant accomplishments in sales.
