Job Summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN / LVN Regional Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our physician development team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clinical accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and growing existing clinical accounts by ensuring full patient visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clinical accounts and develop relationships with healthcare providers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Grow existing clinical accounts by ensuring full patient visits and developing strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Coordinate logistical plans for physician SNF service relationships
  • Assist with hiring A-level providers and ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to meet the needs of our clients
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • LPN or RN license required
  • Experience in long-term care and wound care required
  • Ability to travel regionally and outside of your home state
  • Proficiency with EMR systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration preferred
