Job Title: Procurement Category Manager Indirect

Beiersdorf is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Category Manager Indirect to join our team in North America. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies for indirect spend, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and processes, and driving supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category strategies for indirect spend, including market analysis and supplier identification
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop procurement solutions
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
  • Provide operational support for the procurement process, including purchase order management and supplier onboarding
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement, with a focus on indirect goods and services
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
