Brokerage Operations Representative

Fidelity TalentSource serves as a premier destination for exploring temporary employment opportunities within Fidelity Investments. We are currently seeking a Brokerage Operations Representative to join our dynamic team.



About the Team

The Brokerage Operations division encompasses various middle office functions that provide essential support to Fidelity's Wealth and Brokerage professionals as well as retail clients. This includes assistance with new account setups, asset transfers, and account functionalities.



Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Brokerage Operations Representative is to deliver exceptional service to Fidelity shareholders by accurately managing the establishment and modification of brokerage accounts and associated features. Key tasks involve processing client requests received through multiple channels, excluding inbound phone inquiries.



Qualifications and Skills Required
  • A bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or transaction processing role.
  • Exceptional time management skills and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adept at identifying high-risk situations and responding judiciously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A solid work ethic and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to accept and implement feedback promptly.
