Team Overview

The Brokerage Operations division encompasses various middle office functions that assist Fidelity's Wealth and Brokerage professionals as well as Retail clients with account openings, asset transfers, and account functionalities.



Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the Brokerage Operations Representative is to deliver exceptional service to Fidelity shareholders by accurately creating and modifying brokerage accounts along with their associated features. Key duties involve processing client requests received through multiple channels, excluding inbound client phone interactions.



Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous and preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role or transaction processing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and maintain organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to identify high-risk scenarios and exercise sound judgment in response.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid work ethic and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting while meeting processing deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to accept and implement feedback promptly.


Dynamic Work Environment
