Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Finance Manager, FP&A & Sales
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with billing agreements
- Ensure all relevant details on invoices are accurate before dispatching to clients
- Generate and distribute monthly statements to customers
- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes raised by clients or internal teams
- Conduct regular audits of billing records to guarantee accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain billing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement in billing
- Compile reports and summaries of billing data, including aging reports, daily revenue analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications:
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong analytical and mathematical skills are essential for effective decision-making. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are crucial for seamless interactions. A demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to evolving financial landscapes and business requirements is vital. A strong focus on customer service, along with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, is also necessary.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance. 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in an accounting or finance-related role. Strong foundational knowledge in accounting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or part-time experience in a related accounting or finance role. Advanced skills in Excel.
Additional Requirements:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and must meet age requirements in areas with legal regulations regarding the handling and proximity to alcohol.
